1. Ages seen include 18 to those in their 90s

2. Flagship Neuropsychology is a self-pay practice only. Insurance is not accepted.

3. Dr. McKay can provide you with what is known as a "superbill" that you can give to your insurance company for possible reimbursement

4. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, credit/debit, HSA/FSA

5. Payment plans offered through CareCredit if interested and more information can be found here

6. Wait time to be seen currently is typically 1-2 weeks and results turned around within a week

7. Legal/forensic work is not conducted

8. Referral not needed to be seen

9. Workshops available for your business or organization upon request

Dr. McKay also teaches full-time at Mercyhurst University, works closely with Veterans at the Erie VAMC, and recently published a book: Welcome to NeuroVoy Industries: New Employee Handbook. He is also a proud sponsor of the Erie Raptors Basketball team and A.N.N.A Shelter events and recently started the Sylvia Rose Memorial Scholarship. This annual scholarship presented by Flagship Neuropsychology in memory of Dr. McKay’s niece, Sylvia Rose Coughlin, who sadly passed away prior to birth. Unfortunately, the current cycle's application is closed but will reopen on 1/2/26.
